Richard Aerni, ceramics
Richard is one of our artists who doesn’t hail from Michigan. His studio is in Rochester New York. His work is a tour de force of the ceramic art form. Incredible proportion and impeccable technical skills offer you some of the very best pottery we have. He has spent a lifetime perfecting this work and it’s wood ash glaze finishes.
His work has been honored in competitions across the country. One indication of the stature of his work is the number of collections aorund the country which display Aerni’s work:
